DoTheNeeds is a place to declare systemic change and commit to your role in it. These Terms exist to protect your declaration, protect others, and ensure the platform stays honest. Please read them.
DoTheNeeds ("the Platform") is a product of EXADreams LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, USA. By using this Platform, you enter into an agreement with EXADreams LLC under these Terms of Service.

DoTheNeeds is a public declaration platform where people declare systemic changes they want to see in the world and commit to a personal role in making those changes happen. It is not a petition platform, a complaints board, a social network, or a fundraising tool.
The Platform is built on one principle: declarations without commitment are just opinions. We ask for more.
You must be at least 13 years old to post a declaration. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your participation. If you are under 13, you may not submit declarations.
You may read and browse All Voices without any account or age requirement. Reading is always public and always free.
You own your declaration. When you post, you retain full intellectual property ownership of the words you write. By posting, you grant EXADreams LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute your declaration on the Platform and in aggregated reports.
Your declaration is cryptographically signed with a SHA-256 hash at the time of posting. This hash is your permanent, independently verifiable proof that those words, at that moment, were yours.

Declarations are moderated by a combination of automated systems (including AI) and human review. We may remove or restrict any declaration that violates these Terms at our sole discretion. We will not restore removed declarations that violate these Terms.
If you believe your declaration was incorrectly removed, contact us at moderation@dotheneeds.com with your Declaration ID.
The commitment you describe in the "I will…" field is a voluntary personal declaration only. It is not a legally binding contract. DoTheNeeds does not enforce commitments and cannot be held liable for any failure to fulfil a stated commitment.
You may post anonymously. When you do, your name will not appear publicly. However, your declaration is still timestamped and hashed — anonymous to the world, not anonymous to time. EXADreams LLC retains the technical ability to associate anonymous posts with their origin IP country (not the full IP address) for moderation and legal compliance purposes only.
We collect the information you provide in the declaration form and use it solely to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to request erasure of your declaration at any time. Upon erasure, your personal information (name, age, nationality, residence, email) will be permanently deleted. The hash will be retained as a proof-of-existence record with no personal data attached.
The DoTheNeeds platform design, stage system, scope system, brand, and all non-user-generated content are the intellectual property of EXADreams LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
DoTheNeeds does not run advertising of any kind. We do not accept payment from third parties to promote declarations, causes, or any other content on the Platform. This is a permanent policy commitment by EXADreams LLC.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EXADreams LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
